We're not like a lot of the real estate chop shops in the marketplace. And we definitely will not accept any agent on Our TEAM. We're different in two primary ways:
- We mentor our agents so they can focus on caring for our clients
- We focus on less agents and more productivity per agent
Definition of a Chop Shop: Many Brokers need as many agents as possible so they can pay for all of the enormous overhead they have created. The Broker becomes over-extended in staffing and can't really pay attention to, cultivate, and manage the agents properly. This leads to a model that often has a lot of agents producing undesirable service, while many agents produce nothing. You've likely heard of the 80/20 Rule. Unfortunately, the real estate business is more like the 90/10 Rule, so we worked hard to develop a model that would overcome this anomaly.
Our model allows agents and brokers to operate professionally from anywhere they choose to work by providing them with a host of unmatched online tools. These tools provide our agents with rapid flexibility, including the ability to be fully mobile. Mobility is good for clients, because what most every client in the real estate business needs is an agent or broker that is on-the-go making every effort to deliver the services promised.
Our arrangement of online tools also provide agents and brokers simple methods of accountability to keep them on track concerning what they are supposed to be doing to increase their client base and deliver excellent service. Everything they need is online in a secure DRE compliant platform. The system is easy for them to follow. As long as our agents and brokers use the system properly, they will know what to do next every step of the way. Our model takes the guess-work out of being a professional real estate advisor by providing action-oriented training combined with accountability relationship tools.
