Tiotropium-d6 bromide,噻托溴铵-d6; BA679 BR-d6「同位素标记抑制剂」
发布时间:2025-06-11 分享至:
生物活性:Tiotropium-d6 (bromide) is deuterium labeled Tiotropium (Bromide). Tiotropium Bromide (BA679 BR) is a muscarinic acetylcholine receptor (mAChR) antagonist that blocks the binding of the acetylcholine ligand and subsequent opening of the ligand-gated ion channel.
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
试剂家 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
