Ceramide C6-d7「同位素标记抑制剂」
发布时间:2025-06-11 分享至:
生物活性:Ceramide C6-d7 is the deuterium labeled Ceramide C6. Ceramide C6, a Ceramide pathway activator, is an exogenous short-chain ceramide which can induce apoptosis of multiple cancer cells[1][2][3].
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
试剂家 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
