产品描述：PLA-PEG-Alkyne可以用于制备胶束或者囊泡等新型靶向产品。Poly(L-lactide)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)-alkyne (PLA-PEG-ALK) is a functional amphiphilic block copolymer with alkyne group at the end of PEG. Alkyne groups are useful for coupling via click chemistry reactions with azide. PLA-PEG-Alkyne is used to prepare micelles or nanoparticles with alkyne on the micelle surface for bioconjugation via click chemistry. Hydrophobic drugs is encapsulated in the PLA core for targeted drug delivery.
